Broadband for All? Access and Inclusion, and Media Literacy

This Westminster eForum Keynote Seminar with Wayne David MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Wales and Deputy Minister for Digital Inclusion will examine the challenges faced in achieving the aim set out in the Digital Britain report of broadband for all.

Planned sessions will examine:

  • The Government's latest position on digital inclusion;
  • Stimulating broadband demand, the new challenges of media literacy and the possible role of a Digital Champion;
  • Technical challenges, the mix of wireless, WiMAX and other technologies - and 2MBs:
  • How broad should universal broadband be? How government and industry can work together;
  • Options for funding.


There is a charge for most delegates, although no one is excluded on the basis of ability to pay. Please book online.
